Reventón

Debuted in 2007 at the Frankfurt Auto Show, the Lamborghini Reventón is a modified version of the Murciélago. The car's mechanical underpinnings and engine are fully identical to those of the Murciélago LP 640 with unique cosmetics all over the Reventón. Lamborghini naming tradition also gave the car's name after a fighting bull. The bull, raised by Don Heriberto Rodriguez, was best known for killing famed Mexican bullfighter Felix Guzman in 1943.

Interior and exterior styling were inspired by stealth fighter design, taking cues from aircraft such as the F-22 Raptor. The official press release stated that 20 vehicles would be sold to the public, with one additional car (marked as 00/20) produced for the Lamborghini museum. Each car is stamped with its number between the seats. The Reventón features an all-new carbon-fiber exterior. All cars have the same exterior color, described as "mid opaque grey without the usual shine".
