Murciélago 40th Anniversary
In 2004 Lamborghini celebrated its 40th anniversary by introducing a limited production run of 50 Murciélago called 40th Anniversary Edition. Enhancements over the standard car included a limited-edition blue body color being called "Verde Artemis": the only available exterior colour.
Additionally compared to the previous models came carbon-fibre exterior detailing, different wheels, another exhaust system, and a numbered plaque indicating the model number ("x/50") on the inside of the small rear window on the driver side of the car. The interior featured unique leather trim.
